Lease Terms and Conditions

1 Month - $400.00

2 Months - $600.00

3 Months - $700.00

In addition to the lease term payment, the customer pays for the trichomoniasis test ($75.00).

1, 2 or 3 month leases will NOT be prorated.

Any additional month will be $200.00 per month.

Any lease longer than 3 months can be prorated at $7.00 per day. 

Payments are only accepted via cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.

Payment of the anticipated lease term and the State required trichomoniasis testing is due when you take possession of the animal.

Example: 1 month total due at possession will be $475.00. 2 months total due at possession will be $675.00 and 3 months total due at possession will be $775.00. 

The bull is yours until you return him.  Rents are not prorated except as described above, so make sure you return animals on or prior to the last day of your agreed rental period. For example, if you pick the bull up on the 7th of July for a 3-month lease, the bull needs to be returned on or before the 7th of October. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up and return the animal.  If you need delivery, call to discuss your loading facilities and possible options. The current haul rate is $5.00 per loaded mile.
