Lease Terms and Conditions

Please review our rates, practices, and methods of payment.

Lease rates for any lease beginning on or after July 1, 2025 will be:

1 Month - $400.00

2 Months - $600.00

3 Months - $700.00

1, 2 or 3 month leases will NOT be prorated.

Any additional month will be $200.00 per month.

Any lease longer than 3 months can be prorated at $7.00 per day. 

Payments are only accepted via cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App. 

Payment of at least the first month is due when you take possession of the animal.  Payment in full of the anticipated term is acceptable, but not required.  Any remaining balance is due upon return. 

The bull is yours until you return him.  Rents are not prorated except as described above, so make sure you return animals on or prior to the last day of your agreed rental period. For example, if you pick the bull up on the 7th of July for a 3-month lease, the bull needs to be returned on or before the 7th of October. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up and return the animal.  If you need delivery, call to discuss your loading facilities and possible options. The current haul rate is $5.00 per loaded mile.
